Close your eyes if you feel comfortable. Imagine you are holding a beautiful bouquet of your favorite flowers. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose.
Inhale slowly... 1... 2... 3... 4...

Now imagine a birthday cake with candles glowing brightly. Take a slow breath out through your mouth.
Exhale slowly... 1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6...
