The Damon's Corner AI companion is an educational and emotional support tool designed to help children process feelings and practice calming techniques.

By using or allowing a child to use this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Damon is an AI companion, not a licensed therapist or counselor
• Conversations with Damon are not confidential in the clinical or legal sense
• Damon is not a crisis intervention service
• Guardian's Heart is not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of the AI companion
• Adults are responsible for supervising any child's use of this feature
• If a child discloses abuse, danger, or a safety concern, the responsible adult must report it to the appropriate authorities

6. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, copy, or reverse-engineer any portion of the site
• Use the site to harass, harm, or exploit any person
